Our e-mail address
All contact goes through one address: [email protected].
- no telephone number
- no office or postal address
- no live chat, WhatsApp or Telegram account
Messages that claim to come from us through any other channel are not genuine and should be ignored. There is no paid support line, and we never charge for answering a question about the guide. Writing in simple English is fine.
Good reasons to get in touch
Think of this address as a way to talk about the guide itself. Corrections, suggestions for things we explained badly, broken links and technical problems with the page are all fair topics.
You can also write to ask us to delete earlier correspondence, as described in the privacy policy. Even small things, like a typo, are worth reporting.
Information we never ask for
Please never send us identity documents, passwords, bank or card details, UPI IDs or screenshots that show them. We do not need any of this, and e-mail is not a safe place for it.
If you do send something sensitive by accident, tell us and we will delete it. Screenshots of the page are fine as long as nothing personal is visible.
Operator issues are outside our reach
If your question is about money held by a gaming operator, or about a decision an operator made, we are the wrong people to ask. This site does not handle accounts or payments. Under Indian law in force since 1 May 2026, online money games are prohibited, so we also do not recommend any platform.
Replies
Please be patient after writing. We are a small operation, and some reports take time to verify. We will not chase you with follow-up messages or add you to any mailing list. Your e-mail is used only to deal with what you wrote about, as set out in the privacy policy.
